2018 SIGNATURE CABERNET -INAUGURAL RELEASE
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a layered and elegant expression of the noble grape variety. In the glass, this wine is a nearly opaque crimson. The aromatic bouquet leaps from the glass with brooding black currant, Mission fig, crushed black cherry, Madagascar vanilla, and sandalwood. The palate opens with expansive bright red, blue, and black fruits, rustic spices, caramel, cedar, and briar wood. The finish is broad and lengthy with layers of fleshy plum, and crème de cassis, giving way to fine and sweet tannins. Anticipated maturity 2023-2036.

2019 SIGNATURE CABERNET
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is both commanding and enchanting from the moment it leaves the bottle. In the glass, the aromatics are lively with notes of cherry, fig, boysenberry, baking spices, and a brambly charisma. The palate opens to abundant purity of fruit with black currant, marionberry, and heaps of crème de cassis leading the show. The structure is polished and expansive, displaying great intensity that blooms to reveal the conspicuously chiseled and sweet tannins associated with mountain grown fruit.
