2021 CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVE
BECKSTOFFER GEORGES III VINEYARD
Extremely limited production of 278 bottles, individually numbered and sealed in platinum wax, denoting its prestige.
WINEMAKING
My 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve displays a heady nose of blackberry, cassis, and petrichor that are balanced with floral notes of lilac and stock to complete the bouquet. The palate is broad and expansive with black cherry forest cake, crème de cassis, sweet pipe tobacco, and cocoa powder like tannins. The finish radiates from front to the back of the palate for an impressive 60+ seconds. Enjoy comfortably through 2051 with proper cellaring.

VINEYARD
First planted in 1895 by Elizabeth Rutherford, this estate gets its name from the historic acquisition made by Georges de Latour of Beaulieu Vineyards in 1928. For decades it produced some of the most highly acclaimed wines in the world. Since its purchase by Andy Beckstoffer in 1988, it has continued to produce some of the most exceptional and coveted wines. My 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve comes from five carefully selected rows in the northern section of Block F, the oldest remaining block in the 300-acre Georges III Vineyard.
